The Craftivist Collective Handbook

Role:
Creative Director, Brand Guardian - Concept layouts and design direction

The Brief:
Building on my previous brand work with the Craftivist Collective, I was commissioned to creatively direct and design their second publication, The Craftivist Collective Handbook. Working with the client and editor, I was to oversee all aspects of layout design, photography and production to create a beautiful coffee-table book.

The Result:
Published by Unbound and now available in bookshops across the UK, the 256-page hardback showcases 20 projects alongside essays, interviews, and articles. I developed a cohesive visual identity throughout the book and oversaw production details, including a printed fabric cover with foiling, for a tactile, coffee-table-worthy finish. Since its release, the book has received Crafts Beautiful’s Creative Book Award 2025.
